1. What BidEarth is
BidEarth is an entertainment website where brands claim virtual countries on a 3D globe. You are buying visibility — your name, logo, link and pitch displayed on the globe and on the country’s page — not real territory, exclusivity in perpetuity, or any other right. It is a game.
2. Claims, takeovers and credit
An unclaimed country costs its listed starting price. Anyone can take over an owned country by committing at least 25% more than its current total. When your country is taken over, the total you had committed stays attached to that country as credit: to retake it you only pay the difference between your credit and the new minimum. Credit is not withdrawable, transferable or refundable — it only works as a discount on retaking that same country. All payments are final (see refunds).
3. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details. If someone outbids you in the moment between starting and completing your payment, your claim cannot be applied and we refund that payment automatically. Apart from that case, purchases are not refundable — including when your country is later taken over (that’s the game).
4. Your brand identity
Identity on BidEarth is a website domain or an X handle. By claiming as one, you assert you are entitled to represent it. We may rename, edit or remove brand names, pitches, logos or colors that impersonate third parties, infringe rights, or are offensive, illegal or misleading — without refund. Rights holders can request a takedown at the contact address below.
5. Service “as is”
BidEarth is provided as is, with no uptime or permanence guarantees. Prices, rules and features may change; the service may end. Liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days before a claim arises.
